Do business with them at your own risk.ĪVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I purchased a used automatic transmission with low mileage for my Honda. I find this unprofessional and will take it further. I have requested to speak to ‘senior management’ to no avail. As soon as they provided a sample report, they were provided the border report by Avecs/ Zimbabwe BTS, then they decided they did not want to replace the key under warranty nor under fraudulent misrepresentation advert. We are very sorry but really hope you will understand the situation’ Beforward was copied in in all correspondence with Avecs when I was chasing the border report they requested. We have been discussing to them but this rule is very strict so did not go through. We are afraid that upper management will not accept the warranty since it took you to get us the report even though you said Avecs did not give you. I raised the concern with them upon receiving the car. However, the car arrived with only with a manual key. You will be disappointed and they use deceitful business practices.īeforward advertised a car with 2 keys, 1 automatic and one manual. I repeat, do not buy anything from these people. Please also note that in speaking with local mechanics, they are of the opinion that they are illegally rolling back to odometers in the cars. Literally didn’t even apologize and now I’ve got a 10k USD repair bill. I reached out to BeForward to see if they would stand behind their product. The results were that the Mechatronic & program, alternator and battery were all faulty and needed to be replaced. The car cannot leave first gear nor can it go into reverse. At this time the check engine light came on and the D1 on the dash started flashing with the error / emergency indicator. The car went into reverse and drive without issue initially, however once it went to shift from D1 to D2 the car would jolt / shake and not change into 2nd gear. The car had 36,258km on it when it was shipped by BeForward and now has 36,451km, meaning the car had only travelled 193km total since it left the lot in Singapore, before it had a massive mechanical failure. Not the end of the world so I spent 1k USD to put new ones on. To start, the Car arrived with 4 bald tires.
